Unculture Club is a pop-up series created by Elliot, Ellie and Gaz.

 

Sharing a love of quality British ingredients and inspired by the ecclectic cultural influences London has to offer, they aim to create fun, tasty and exciting dining experiences with a purpose.

 

Elliot, Ellie and Gaz trained together at London's Cordon Bleu school of culinary arts in 2014. Since then they have gone on to experience working in some of the UK's (and the world's) best restaurants.

Each pop up will raise money for charities working to improve lives through food.
